Our Referral Program is a great way to let friends and family know about us and to earn referral credits for yourself!

Already familiar with our Referral Program? Just want to fill out the form? Here it is! Note that we also have hard copies of this form in the studio so if you'd rather fill it out by hand just pick one up or let us know and we'll snail mail it to you.
Here also is a quick reminder of the rules:
- You have to provide at least five names. Got more? Fill out two forms – we’ll give you $25 in instant credit for EACH form you send us!
- You have to fill out the contact information completely (except for email addresses which are optional).
- The names you provide must be people who are within a reasonable driving distance from our studio (reasonable to us = let's say 60 miles, but we have people who drive a lot further so if you have a concern about that just let us know).
- None of the contacts can be a (current) Pixel Perfect client.
